Painting for a good cause

AIDS fundraiser show September 2011 Downtown Los Angeles

Four of my paintings found a new owner at the “Coming Together” Art Show & AIDS fundraiser at the Papillion Gallery  this Saturday in downtown Los Angeles.  The benefits are going to the APAIT Helath Center & Whittier Rio Hondo AIDS Project.

Many thanks to my friend Julian, Aleve Mei Loh and Joy Alumit for setting this up, putting it together and making it happen.

I have been told that my art was the most popular one and also the first one to be sold. Apparently, people were competing over the big piece “Islands“.

I am very happy for the lucky new owners and that I got an opportunity to show my art work.

Come by the next time, an art show at the Fremont Gallery in Pasadina on the World AIDS Day event on December 3rd , in which I will also be participating.
